At Wooow Balloons Toronto, we provide balloon delivery services in Toronto, Ontario for all special events, birthdays, baby showers, and celebrations. To ensure a smooth experience, please read our terms and conditions carefully.

Balloon Bouquets Toronto

Our balloon bouquets Toronto must be ordered at least 3 days in advance. However, for same-day delivery, please confirm availability by calling +1 (647) 616-7531.

Delivery Slots:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Midday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Late Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Please provide exact delivery details, including address, zip code, apartment or house number, and condo name if applicable. Otherwise, additional delivery charges may apply.

Important Notes for Balloon Bouquets:

  • Helium balloons are non-flammable. Therefore, avoid placing them near air conditioners.

  • Keep balloons out of direct sunlight or cars, as heat may cause deflation or bursting.

  • Avoid outdoor placement, as wind or rain can damage balloons.

  • Latex balloons float 24–48 hours; microfoil balloons float 24–72 hours depending on weather.

  • Microfoil balloons can conduct electricity; thus, avoid power lines.

  • Inform us of any latex allergies of the person receiving the bouquet.

  • Clients must handle the bouquet if they move it from one location to another.

Customization:
Clients must provide all relevant information, including colors, design, personalized balloons, age, name, and celebration type (birthday, love, happy day, etc.).

Photo Usage:
We may post photos of the balloon bouquets Toronto on our social media or website. However, if you do not agree, please notify us.

Postponement:
Please notify us at least 72 hours before the delivery date to reschedule. We will confirm availability before setting a new delivery date.

Balloon Decoration Services Toronto

For balloon decoration services in Toronto, please note:

  • Notify us 72 hours in advance to change the decoration date due to weather.

  • We do not take responsibility for damage or loss caused by storm, rain, wind, or heat after we install.

  • One-week cancellation policy: Notify us at least 7 days prior to your event for a 50% refund. After this period, we cannot provide a refund because we commit to inventory and production.

  • We do not take responsibility for wall damage during setup.

  • We may post photos of decorations on social media or website. If you do not agree, please inform us.

Order Changes or Cancellation:
Please make all changes or cancellations via email: wooowgiftshop@gmail.com. We will confirm all modifications once received.

Safety and Responsibility Terms and Conditions

  • Keep deflated or popped balloons away from children and pets.

  • Clients must handle moving or transferring large balloon decorations.

  • We do not take responsibility for damage or loss caused by non-compliance with these terms.
